摘要(Abstract)：

由爆破公司实施专业化爆破服务是国际上通行的爆破作业方式,也是我国民用爆炸物品管理的发展方向。本文论述了专业爆破服务模式对爆炸物品安全管理的重要性和必要性,介绍了首都警方以北京市昌平区作为试点的实践过程和经验。表明实施专业爆破服务模式,有利于建立和完善爆破作业现场安全管理体系、强化爆破技术管理和爆破安全过程控制、减少了爆炸物品流失,并实现爆破公司与矿山企业经济双赢。
Professional blasting service mode implemented by the blasting corporation was internationally accepted and also presented the development direction of civil explosives management.The importance and necessity of this mode as civil explosives safety management were discussed,and the experience got from practical process conducted by police in Beijing Changping district was introduced.The results showed that the application of professional blasting service was beneficial to establish and improve the onsite safety management system of blasting operation,strengthen the management of blasting technology and the process control of blast safety,reduce the loss of explosives.And the win-win solution between blast companies and mining enterprises would be achieved.
