大型断裂筒体精确控制爆破拆除

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了采用数码电子雷管控制爆破切口逐步形成,进而爆破拆除大型断裂倾斜筒体的方法。由于筒体上部发生了断裂,向西北偏移7.6°,且周边有大量重要生产设备需要保护,故在设计定向爆破切口时,通过理论计算结合工程实践经验,采取向西北方向偏移10°的纠偏措施。经过精密设计,爆破后筒体基本按预定方向倒塌。
The method of using digital electronic detonator to control blasting cut gradually formed and then demolish the large fractured inclined cylinder was introduced.For it had been broken and skewed 7.6° northwestward,and a large number of important production equipment around needed to be protected,the measure of making the blasting cut skewed 10°towards the northwest was adopted by combining theoreti- cal calculating and engineering practice.The cylinder was collapsed according to the predetermined direc- tion by precise design.
