薄壁空心钢筋混凝土桥墩原位解体拆除爆破

摘要(Abstract):

针对薄壁空心钢筋混凝土桥墩高度只有12.5 m,整体倾倒力矩不够且周边环境复杂的情况,提出中孔径深孔一次性拆除爆破原位解体技术。通过分析讨论拆除爆破薄壁空心桥墩的爆破孔网参数和起爆网路,根据现场环境条件和施工要求,综合采用预裂爆破、深孔不耦合装药结构、复式起爆网路等关键控制爆破技术,取得了良好的爆破效果,拆除的桥墩墩身原位解体、整体破碎塌落。桥墩四周采用竹排、编织袋包裹;墩顶覆盖炮被、密目网;墩身内外底面垫砂袋等措施减小了爆破飞石、爆破振动及墩体破碎塌落振动等危害效应,确保了需保留的下部墩身、承台及周围构筑物、设备和人员的安全,提高了工效。
For the case when the height of the thin-walled hollow reinforced concrete pier is only 12.5 m, the overall tilting torque is insufficient and the surrounding environment is complex,the one-time in-situ disintegration demolition blasting technology of deep hole with middle aperture is proposed.By analyzing and discussing the blasting hole network parameters and the initiation network for the demolition blasting of thin-walled hollow piers, combining with the use of key control blasting technologies such as presplitting blasting, deep hole uncoupling charge structure and multiple initiating circuitbased on the site environmental conditions and construction requirements,the blasting has obtained great results.The bridge piers dismantled are disintegrated in-situ and all collapsed.By using bamboo row and woven bag to wrap the body of the pier;using the cannon balland a dense net to cover the top;spreading out sand bagson the bottom inside and outside the pier, the harmful effects such as blasting vibration, flying stones and collapsing vibration of pier have been reduced. The safety of the piers and platform inlower part, the surrounding structures,equipment, and personnel has been proctected, which improves the work efficiency.
