应用电子雷管进行干扰降振爆破试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

利用单孔爆破振动监测试验,在分析单孔爆破振动波特性的基础上,根据单孔爆破获得峰值衰减、振动周期、传播速度等参数,提出了应用电子雷管精确设计起爆时差实现干扰降振。通过实例验证,按单孔爆破振动波的半周期设计各药包起爆时差,至少产生群孔爆破振动峰值小于单独炮孔的爆破振动峰值,具有一定的干扰减振效应。最终提出将炮孔均分为上下两段装药,并设计为半周期时差起爆,可实现各炮孔的自身干扰降振,减振效果更加理想。
Through blasting monitoring test of single blasthole and based on the analysis of blasting vi- bration properties the blasting ppv attenuation,vibration period,speed and other parameters were at- tained,and according to that the vibrations reduction by the interference of electronic detonator through accurate initiation time design had been put forward.Through example validation,the charge detonating delay was designed by each half period of blasting vibration wave of single blasthole,and thus at least caused the peak particle vibration value of group blastholes less than the single blasthole which had some interference vibration effect.Finally,proposed that blastholes divided in two segments with divided charge and designed as half period detonating delay could achieve vibration reduction by each blasthole self-inter- ference and the more ideal interference vibration effect would achieve.
