一种改进铵油炸药混装车计量精度的方法

摘要(Abstract):

针对铵油炸药混装车现场工作时计量不准的问题,对影响计量精度的各类因素进行了分析和现场实验,提出一种基于倾角监测的计量补偿修正方法。其核心技术主要采用电液比例液压系统和PID控制方法自动调节干料螺旋转速,使其稳定于设定转速值,从而排除转速对计量精度的影响。通过加装高精度MEMS倾角传感器,实时监测干料螺旋的轴向倾角,并根据现场实验数据获取角度标定偏差值补偿函数,对干料螺旋计量进行补偿修正。应用表明,现场铵油炸药混装车的计量补偿修正单元能够有效提高其计量精度,使其整车计量误差小于2%,确保多孔粒状硝酸铵与柴油配比稳定。
Aiming at the problem of inaccurate measurement of ANFO mixing truck when working on site, a method of measurement compensation correction based on inclination monitoring is proposing by analyzing various factors affecting the measurement accuracy and conducting field experiments. Its core technology mainly adopts electro-hydraulic proportional hydraulic system and PID control method to automatically adjust the rotational speed of dry screw, so that it can be stabilized at the set rotational speed without the influence of rotational speed on measurement accuracy; The inclination angle of dry screw axis can be monitored in real time by high precision MEMS inclination sensor, and measurement of dry screw can be compensated for correction through angle-deviation compensation function which based on experimental data. Through experimental verification and industrial application, it is showing that the measurement compensation and correction unit can effectively improve the measurement accuracy of ANFO mixing truck, ensure that the proportion of porous granular ammonium nitrate to diesel oil is stable, and the measurement error of the whole truck is less than 2%.
