无侧向自由面相邻采空区处理技术分析

摘要(Abstract):

地下工程的采空区处理始终是露天矿山开采面临的难题,为了有效解决大宝山露天矿721 m平台下的无侧向自由面相邻采空区的安全隐患,首先采用钻孔式三维激光扫描技术,探明了相邻采空区的分布情况,确定了相邻采空区的赋存状态及参数,为采空区处理提供了依据。在此基础上,提出了强制爆破处理方案,即在两采空区中间打切割孔,有效地分隔采空区。其余地方按照实际情况分别打垂直孔,部分位置炮孔加密。打穿的炮孔底部填塞2.5 m,上部填塞4.5 m,未打穿的炮孔正常装药。同时采用延时起爆方式,以增强爆破振动效应。爆后塌陷作用明显,有效消除了采空区的安全隐患,可为类似工程提供参考和借鉴。
Goaf treatment has always been a difficult problem in open mining engineering. In order to effectively solve the potential dangerous of without lateral free surface adjacent goaf under the 721 platform of Dabaoshan Open-pit Mine, first, the drilling 3 D laser scanning technology was used to find out the distribution of goafs, the occurrence status and parameters were determined, which provided basis for empty area processing. On this basis, the forced blasting treatment scheme was proposed to effectively separate the goafs by cutting holes in the middle of the two goafs. In the rest of the place, the vertical holes were respectively made according to the actual situation, and the gun holes were partially encrypted. The bottom of the pierced blasthole was 2.5 m, and the upper part was 4.5 m. The unpierced blasthole was normally charged. At the same time, the delayed initiation method was adopted to enhance the blasting vibration effect. The effect of collapse after explosion was obvious, effectively eliminating the safety hazards of the goaf, and could provide reference for similar projects.
