高压水力割缝松软煤体的实验研究

摘要(Abstract):

为了研究高压水射流对松软煤体的损伤破坏特征,通过相似模拟实验制作不同抗压强度松软煤体试样,利用不同强度的高压水射流加载冲击实验,计算了试样的损伤破坏面积,结合测振仪对比分析了所测稳定区域的合成振速。结果表明:对9种组合进行综合破坏效果由强到弱排序为:试样强度越低水压强度越高的效果好于试样强度越高水压强度越低的效果。针对松软煤体,可以通过调节割缝水压参数获得较好的割缝效果和较好的经济性与安全性。
In order to study the destruction feature of high pressure water jet to soft coal, the water slitting experiment platform is constructed. Under different strengths of samples and different water pressure, the similar materials are used to make coal specimen with different strengths. The clamage area of the sample is calculated, and the composite vibration velocity of the measured is compared and analyzed with the vibrometer. The result shows that the nine combinations have different combined destruction effect. The lower the sample strength, the higher the hydraulic strength is better than the higher the sample strength, the lower the hydraulic strength. The relative low pressure water jet of water slitting to soft coal will achieve better effect and more economic and safety.
