数值模拟在钢质采砂船解体爆破中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

为了在某水域的1艘钢质采砂船解体爆破过程中,确定合理的爆破方案和爆破参数,基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,采用Euler-Lagrange耦合算法,对处于不同介质环境下的钢板,在炸药外接触爆炸载荷作用下的变形情况、破坏过程分别进行数值模拟,模拟结果表明:炸药在空气介质中爆炸时,在装药和钢板接触处产生塌落和断裂裂缝,但产生的破坏范围有限,对接触面以外部分影响不大;而炸药在水介质中爆炸时,在装药和钢板接触处不但产生孔洞和断裂裂缝,在接触面外还会产生不规则形状的"倒刺",破坏范围较大,破坏效果较好。实际爆破效果表明,数值模拟结果可以为钢质采砂船解体爆破方案和爆破参数设计提供有效参考。
In order to break blasting the demolition of a steel sand mining vessel in the Huaihe River waters, determine the reasonable blasting plan and blasting parameters. Based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA software, the Euler-Lagrange coupling algorithm was used for the steel plates in different medium environments.The deformation and failure processes under external contact explosion load were numerically simulated respectively. Simulation results showed that it will produce slump and fracture crack at the contact between the charge and the steel plate when the explosive explodes in the air medium,but the damage range was limited and the influence of the part outside the contact surface was not great;while the explosive explodes in the water medium, not only the hole and the crack were generated at the contact between the charge and the steel plate, but also the irregular shape of the barb is generated outside the contact surface, and the damage range waslarge,the damage effect wasbetter.Actual blasting results show that the numerical simulation results can provide an effective reference for the blasting demolition plan and blasting parameters design of the sand mining vessel.
