乳化炸药塑料管抗压装药结构在立井冻结段爆破中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

乳化炸药具有良好的抗水、抗冻性能及较强的爆破威力,已广泛应用在煤矿立井冻结段掘进爆破。但由于乳化炸药的压力减敏作用,常出现拒爆现象,严重影响了爆破安全和爆破效果。本文根据立井冻结段爆破施工中的拒爆特点,分析了可能产生拒爆的三个原因,并通过试验证实了拒爆的主要原因是炮孔中水结冰、体积膨胀而引起的乳化炸药的静压减敏作用。因此采用抗压塑料管空气不耦合装药或耦合散装药,先经地面模拟试验,并优化了爆破设计参数,应用于实践取得了良好的爆破效果。
Emulsion explosive is widely used in coalmine vertical shaft freezing section blasting for its waterproof,anti-freezing and powerful strength. But for its pressure desensitization character,misfires often happened and seriously influenced the safety and effect of blasting. In this paper,based on the characters of misfires in blasting construction of freezing zone in vertical shaft,analyzed three potential reasons for misfires,and proved the primary reason for misfire that was static-pressure desensitization of emulsion explosive which was caused by volume expanding resulted from the water freezing in borehole. Based on this,plastic pressure strength tube with air-decoupling charge or coupling charge in bulk was adopted,and optimized blasting parameters resulted construction and simulation tests on ground,application for practical gained well blasting effect.
