花岗片麻岩地区小断面巷道掏槽爆破技术研究
STUDY ON CUT BLASTING TECHNOLOGY FOR A SMALL SECTION ROADWAY IN GRANITIC GNEISS REGION

摘要(Abstract):

为了获取在花岗片麻岩体内进行小断面巷道开挖最合理的掏槽方式,分别设计了垂直楔形掏槽、三角柱形掏槽和双空孔菱形掏槽3种掏槽方式,并各进行了3次现场爆破试验。试验结果表明:采用双空孔菱形掏槽方式最合适,平均循环进尺为1.78m,平均炮孔利用率可达89.2%,爆堆集中、爆碴块度小且均匀。
In order to get the most reasonable cutting way for a small section roadway excavation in gra- nitic gneiss region,the vertical wedge cut,triangular prism shape cut and double empty holes diamond cut had been designed and three times field blasting tests had respectively carried on for each cutting way.The results showed that double empty holes diamond cut was the best way for this area with 1.78meter aver- age cyclical footage,89.2% average holes utilization,concentrated muck pile and small uniform mucking.
