孔间超短延时台阶爆破干扰降振技术
Interference vibration reduction technique of ultra-short delay step blasting between holes

摘要(Abstract):

为寻求台阶爆破降振效果最佳的孔间延时时间,借助ANSYS/LS-DYNA程序对台阶爆破在不同延时起爆时间条件下产生的爆破振动进行了数值模拟对比分析,并通过试验进行了验证。数值模拟和试验结果表明:在浅孔台阶爆破中,爆破降振效果最佳的孔间延时时间为5 ms;在深孔台阶爆破中,爆破降振最佳的孔间延时时间为7~10 ms。实际爆破施工中,不同的岩石条件下、不同的爆破参数时,数码雷管减振的最佳孔间延时应该在5~10 ms区间范围,应根据实际情况进行调整。研究成果解决了复杂环境下的爆破振动危害控制难题,研发的孔间超短延时台阶爆破干扰降振技术,为爆破振动控制要求严格的工程设计和施工提供参考和借鉴。
In order to seek the best digital electronic detonator delay time for bench blasting, the ANSYS/LS-DYNA program was used to simulate the blasting vibration of bench blast under different detonation time, and verified by experiments. Numerical simulation and experimental results show that the detonation delay time of the best blasting vibration reduction effect is 5 ms in the shallow hole step blasting, and the best detonation delay time is 7-10 ms in the deep hole step blasting. In the actual blasting construction, when the blasting parameters are different under different rock conditions, the best delay time for vibration attenuation of the digital detonator is 5-10 ms and should be adjusted accordingly. The research results have solved the problem of blasting vibration hazard control in complex environment, and developed the interference vibration reduction technology of ultra-short time-delay step blasting between holes, which provides reference for engineering design and construction with strict blasting vibration control requirements.
