金属雷管聚能射流和金属飞片防护的试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

为了防止地表传爆雷管对导爆管网路的破坏,提出了采用防护帽对金属雷管聚能射流和金属飞片进行防护的方法,并设计了靶痕试验法,分别对单发雷管和安装防护帽、绑扎导爆管、安装防护帽并绑扎导爆管的单发雷管进行了起爆试验。雷管爆炸后产生的聚能射流、金属飞片在靶纸上留下了大量的穿孔,通过对比分析4种工况下靶纸上穿孔的数量、大小、形状、分布范围等情况,认为防护帽能够在一定范围内破坏金属雷管的聚能射流作用,极大降低雷管轴向金属飞片破坏导爆管网路的概率,改变径向金属飞片的分布,同时发现绑扎导爆管对金属飞片也是一种防护。
In order to prevent node detonators from destroying the surface network, this paper designs a protective cap to destroy the metal detonator concentrated energy jet and metal flyer, and designs a target mark test method,the detonation tests of single detonator, installing protective cap, binding nonel, both installing protective cap and binding nonel under four different working conditions are carried out respectively. A large number of perforations are leaved on the target paper by the concentrated energy jet and metal flyer, through comparing and analyzing the number, size, shape and distribution of perforations on the target paper. It is believed that the protective cap can destroy the concentrating energy jet within a certain range, and greatly reduce the probability of metal flyer in front of the detonator destroying the surface network,also the distribution of the transversal metal flyer is changed, and binding nonel tube itself is also a kind of protection for the flyer of the detonator.
