铝粉含量及颗粒度对乳化炸药做功能力的影响

摘要(Abstract):

为了研究铝粉质量分数以及颗粒度对乳化炸药爆速与做功能力的影响,通过爆速测试仪电测法以及爆破漏斗法测量不同质量分数及颗粒度的含铝乳化炸药的爆速与做功能力,结果表明:在铝粉质量分数低于10%范围内,随着铝粉质量分数的增加,爆速与做功能力相对增加;当铝粉质量分数在10%~30%时,乳化炸药的爆速随着铝粉质量分数增加而减少,做功能力正好相反。当铝粉颗粒度变细时,爆速不断减小,做功能力不断增大。此次实验将不同的铝粉质量分数以及颗粒度的乳化炸药的爆速进行多次测量,发现质量分数与颗粒度分别对乳化炸药爆速有着一定的影响。究其原因,发现含铝乳化炸药的爆速与做功能力受其活性比、波阵面上铝粉饱和与否、反应区宽度等不同因素的影响,并不是单一的正负相关。
In order to study the effect of aluminum powder mass fraction and granularity on the detonation velocity and workability of emulsion explosives,the detonation velocity and workability of aluminum-containing emulsion explosives with different mass fractions and granularity are measured by the electrical detonation tester and the blasting funnel method.The results show that the detonation velocity and work capability increase with the increasing of mass fraction of aluminum powder when the mass fraction of aluminum powder is less than 10%,when the mass fraction of aluminum powder is 10% ~ 30%,the detonation velocity of emulsion explosives decrease with the increasing of aluminum powder mass fraction,and the workability is the opposite.When the aluminum granularity become thinner,the detonation speed keep decreasing and the power of doing work continuously increased.The experiment will be different aluminum powder mass fraction and the granularity of the emulsion explosive detonation velocity measure several times.The mass fraction and granularity is found easily,the impact of emulsification explosive detonation.The reason is that it's not a single positive or negative correlation between the detonation velocity and workability of aluminum-containing emulsion explosive affected by different factors such as the activity ratio,the saturation of aluminum powder on the wave front or the width of reaction zone.
