摘要(Abstract):

为了安全、快速、一次性大量拆除基坑钢筋混凝土支撑,提出采用加强型防护的常规支撑爆破技术及非常规的支撑闷爆技术。通过分段延时爆破、切割降振手段,可以有效降低爆破有害效应,提高支撑拆除爆破的安全性和拆除效率,并通过工程实例的应用加以分析,爆破实践结果表明:支撑闷爆配合孔内外联合延时爆破技术,可以最大程度地降低爆破振动,确保主体结构的安全。可以为类似拆除爆破工程提供参考。
In order to demolish the reinforced concrete support of foundation pit safely, quickly and at one time, the conventional support muffled blasting technology with enhanced protection and the unconventional support blasting technology are proposed. By means of segmented delay blasting and cutting for reduction vibration, the harmful effects of blasting can be effectively reduced, and the safety and efficiency of support muffled demolition blasting can be improved. Through the application of engineering examples, the blasting practice results show that the support muffled blasting combined with the combined delay blasting technology inside and outside the hole can reduce the blasting vibration to the greatest extent and ensure the safety of the frame. It can provide reference for similar blasting demolition projects.
