复杂环境刚架拱桥电子雷管拆除爆破控制技术

摘要(Abstract):

以工程爆破实践为背景,介绍了电子雷管在复杂环境刚架拱桥拆除爆破中的具体应用。通过爆破方案设计,研究了电子雷管的孔网参数、延时时间、起爆区域划分、起爆方式及桥梁塌落过程,并对爆破效果进行了分析,指出电子雷管能更加精准地实现桥梁按照要求依次塌落和减小爆破振动,为促进桥梁拆除爆破向更安全和更环保方向发展提供了借鉴。
Taking engineering blasting practice as the background, the specific application of electronic detonators in the demolition blasting of rigid frame arch bridges in complex environments is introduced. Through the design of the blasting scheme, the parameters of the hole network, the delay time, the division of the initiation area, the initiation method and the bridge collapse process were studied. The blasting effect is analyzed and it is pointed out that the electronic detonator can more accurately achieve the bridge to collapse in sequence and reduce the blasting vibration in accordance with the requirements, which provides a reference for the development of bridge blasting demolition to a safer and more environmentally-friendly direction.
