钢排架结构物线性聚能爆破失稳倒塌过程动力学分析

摘要(Abstract):

主要研究了钢排架结构物在线性聚能切割作用下倒塌过程中结构的状态变化、影响结构变化的主要因素、主要构件的运动状态。分析了梁柱连接件 (螺栓连接 )的动力响应 ,据此建立了梁的动力响应方程 ,并分析了方程的初值与边界条件 ,对一个具体情况利用有限差分法求出了方程的数值解。将倒塌过程的分析结果应用于爆破方案设计中 ,确定爆破的失稳部位与解体部位 ,以及起爆顺序 ,并且计算出延期时间的基本范围
The change of structure state,the main factors that influence the structure state and the movement state of main members during collapsing course of the steel structure cut by shaped charges are studied.The dynamics response of connector(bolt )for beams and columns is analyzed.On the basis of the analysis,the equation for dynamics response of a beam is set and the initial value and boundary conditions of the equation are discussed.For a case,a numerical solution of equation is given by use of the finite difference method. In the design of blasting scheme,the analysis results are used for determination of the charge locations for collapsing and disintegrating of steel structure,the firing sequence and the delay periods.
