小直径低爆速炸药及其对岩体的爆炸作用

摘要(Abstract):

用爆破法开采饰面石材快速而经济,但极易伤害石材的内部结构而降低成材率,解决办法之一是减小装药直径与降低爆速,以减小爆炸产物对岩体的冲击作用。本文介绍了作者研制的一种小直径低爆速炸药,并根据Josef Henrych爆炸动力学理论分析了爆炸产物对岩体的冲击作用,给出了孔内准静态压力的计算方法。
It is economic and fast to use explosion for quarrying surface-decoration rocks. But it easily causes damage to the internal structure of rocks and reduces the survival rate. One of the best solution is to decrease greatly the explosion spreading speed and charge diameter so as to weaker the shock of explosive products. For this purpose, the authors have developed a kind of small-diameter and low-explosion-speed charge. This paper introduces the main properties of this charge, analyses theoretically the explosion shock on rocks according to The Dynamics of Explosion by Josef Henrych. The calculation formula for quasi-static pressure caused by explosion in the blasthole is given.
