不同炸药对花岗岩不同位置爆破的数值模拟

摘要(Abstract):

针对在矿山开采中炸药利用率不高和爆破效果不理想的情况,以辽宁省鞍山市某矿区岩种—花岗岩为例,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行二维双孔爆破数值模拟,以炸药与岩石匹配为突破点,寻求特定岩种的炸药种类及爆破参数。首先设置炮孔间距为380、480、580、680、780 cm的模型,然后在每一种模型中,花岗岩与10种炸药分别进行能量匹配,共有50种匹配方案。分别提取4个不同位置的单元应力时程:两个炮孔间中垂线、第1炮孔水平线、第1炮孔中垂线及第2炮孔中垂线。通过对应力时程数据的提取、筛选、拟合、计算,得到孔距为780 cm时,Cyclotol炸药在4个不同位置单元的爆破深度分别为500、400、500、500 cm,有效爆破时间百分比分别为16.81%、16.81%、10.84%、19.35%。通过10种炸药与岩石匹配,综合分析爆破深度及有效爆破时间百分比,得到Cyclotol炸药与花岗岩匹配的爆破效果最佳,可以为矿山爆破优化提供依据。
It is aimed at the situation that the utilization rate of explosives is not high and the blasting effect is not ideal in mining. Taking the rock-granite of a mining area in Anshan City, Liaoning Province as an example, ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to simulate the two-dimensional double-hole blasting. The explosive and rock matching was taken as the breakthrough point, and the explosive type and blasting parameters of specific rock types were sought. Firstly, the model with blast hole spacing of 380、480、580、682、780 cm is set. In each model, the granite matched with 10 kinds of explosives respectively, and there are 50 matching schemes. The unit stress time history of four different positions is extracted: the vertical line of the two blastholes, the horizontal line of the first blasthole, the first blasthole,the vertical line and the vertical line in the second blasthole. By extracting, screening, fitting and calculating the stress time-history data, the blasting depths of Cyclotol explosives at four different locations are 500, 400, 500, 500 cm, respectively, and the percentage of effective blasting time is 16.81%, 16.81%, 10.84%, and 19.35% respectively. Through the matching of 10 kinds of explosives and rock, the comprehensive analysis of the blasting depth and the percentage of effective blasting time can obtain the best blasting effect of Cyclotol explosive and granite matching which can provide basis for mine blasting optimization.
