露天石灰石矿山爆破降尘技术应用研究

摘要(Abstract):

露天矿爆破作业是矿区粉尘排放的最大来源,为探讨深孔台阶爆破水袋封堵降尘效果,进行了现场实验,通过合理设计实验方案,对水袋不同长度、直径、厚度和不同装填位置、比例等条件下的有爆破粉尘的浓度进行对比,依据实测数据分析得到了水袋参数和爆破粉尘浓度的关系。实验结果表明:水袋爆炸水雾在露天矿山台阶爆破中会显著降低爆破粉尘浓度,双水袋中间隔钻屑比单水袋降尘效果更加明显,水袋填塞长度占填塞总长度的最佳比例为75%。
Blasting operationis the biggest source of dust emission in open-pit mine.In order to discuss the effect of water bag plugging used for dust reduction in deep hole bench blasting,field test is carried out.Through reasonable setting of experimental scheme.A comparison test is conducted on the dust concentration under the condition of different water bag lengths,diameters,thickness parameters and different filling positions and proportions.Based on the measured data,the relationship between water bag parameters and blasting dust concentration are obtained.The test results show that water mist of water bag explosion can significantly reduce the dust concentration of blasting in open pit bench blasting.In addition,interval drilling chip in double water bag are more obvious than those in the single water bag.The best proportion of tamping length of water bag to total tamping length is 75 %.
