摘要(Abstract):

针对电子雷管在楼房爆破拆除中的应用情况,以及确保相邻建筑物的安全,满足城市敏感地带减少使用爆破器材等要求,通过对电子雷管网路延时时间的优化设计,采取使楼房化整为零、依次塌落、减小振动、降低扬尘、确保安全和强化防护等措施,成功地实现了楼房空中破碎解体、落地叠起、减少堆积、控制扬尘的目的,经过对爆破效果研究分析,指出电子雷管在城市爆破拆除中使用不但可以节省雷管数量和保障社会和谐安全,还可以降低爆破作业人员劳动强度,提升网路安全性和可靠性,极大地减少了网路连接时间,改善爆破效果和降低爆破危害,其在城市楼房爆破拆除中具有广阔的应用前景,将有力促进城市爆破拆除技术和工艺向更精细化发展。
For the application of electronic detonators in the blasting demolition,and to ensure the safety of the adjacent building,to meet the requirements of reducing the use of blasting equipment in sensitive areas of the city.Through the optimized design of the electronic detonator delay time,break up the whole building into parts,sequentially collapsing,reducing vibration,reducing dust,ensuring safety and strengthening protection are adopted,successfully realized the purpose of breaking and disintegrating the building,stacking it,reducing the accumulation,and controlling the dust.After analyzing the blasting effect,it is pointed out that the use of electronic detonators in urban blasting demolition can not only save the number of detonators but also ensure social harmony and safety.It can also reduce the labor intensity of blasting workers and improve network security and reliability,greatly reduce the network connection time,improve blasting effectiveness and reduce blasting hazards,it has broad application prospects in the demolition of urban buildings.It will vigorously promote the development of urban blasting demolition technology and processes to a more refined.
