摘要(Abstract):
为了研究炮孔装药的结构形式和应用范围,达到特定爆破效果的目的,通过大量的工程实践和调查研究,归纳总结了间隔装药和不耦合装药的基本分类、功能特点及其适用范围,分析了露天深孔爆破和隧道掘进爆破常用装药结构设计参数的选取原则;讨论了在控制爆破施工过程中,采用不同的装药结构可以改变炸药的爆炸作用方向、能量利用率和爆生气体作用时间,这是控制爆破危害、改善爆破效果的主要技术手段。合理选用、设计优化装药结构在爆破工程应用中具有重要的实际意义。
In order to study the structural form and application scope of blast holes charge and achieve the purpose of specific blasting effect, through a large number of engineering practice and investigation, the basic classification, functional characteristics and application scope of deck charge and decoupling charge are summarized. The selection principle of design parameters of common charge structure in open-pit deep hole blasting and tunnel excavation blasting is analyzed. It is discussed that in the construction process of controlled blasting the use of different charge structure can change the direction of explosive action, energy utilization rate and the action time of explosive generated gas;It is the main technical means to control the blasting hazard and improve the blasting effect. It has great practical significance to select, design and optimize the charge structure reasonably in the blasting engineering application.
