冻结砂土爆破作用区域内损伤模型分析

摘要(Abstract):

为了分析冻结砂土爆后的破坏程度,在探究冻结砂土爆破机理的过程中,将冻结砂土爆破作用的区域划分为空腔、挤压区、破碎区、裂纹区和弹性振动区,依据动力学原理,分析冻结砂土的爆破过程,推导出爆破后空腔及各破坏区域近似半径,并用损伤理论分区分析。结果是,在挤压区,采用Bui等建立的突然损伤模型,则爆炸载荷作用前D=0,冻土瞬间损伤断裂条件后D=1;在破碎区,动态抗压强度准则采用引入应变率效应的莫尔-库仑准则,损伤模型取修正的Lemaitre损伤模型;在裂纹区,采用准脆性材料的微裂纹扩展条件为冻土损伤准则,损伤模型采用弹塑性损伤模型。根据各爆破作用区域损伤特点,采用不同的损伤模型分析,细化了冻结砂土爆破破坏形式,为冻结砂土工程爆破实践提供理论参考。
In order to analyze the damage degree of frozen sandy soil after blasting,it can be divided into cavity,liquefied zone,fracture zone,crack zone and elastic vibration zone in the process of exploring the blasting mechanism of frozen sandy soil.According to the principle of dynamics,the blasting process of frozen sandy soil is analyzed and the approximate radius of each area of blasting frozen sandy soil is deduced.And damage theory is used to analyze each of the frozen sandy soil area.The results are as follows.It is used the sudden damage model that established by Bui etc.in the extrusion zone,so that the pre-blast load stage D=0 and the fracture conditions of the frozen soil D=1.The dynamic compressive strength criterion of the fractured zone is adopted to the Mohr-Coulomb criterion of stain rate effect,and it is used Lemaitre damage model that modified.The fracture criterion of crack zone is adopted to extend the micro-crack propagation condition of the quasi-brittle material and it is used elastic plastic damage model.According to the damage characteristics of each blasting zone,analysis of different damage models can refine the blasting damage form of frozen sandy soil,which provides theoretical reference for the practice of frozen sandy engineering blasting.
