页岩最佳钻孔角度的实验研究

摘要(Abstract):

为找出页岩的最佳钻孔角度,考虑到页岩的节理特征,借鉴凿碎比功法的原理设计实验,比较在同等做功条件下,不同钻孔角度的凿孔净深。实验结果表明,页岩的钻孔效率随钻孔角度的增大而提高。通过筛分实验比较分析了不同钻孔角度下钻凿出的岩屑的粒径分布特征,对页岩的钻孔效率与钻孔角度之间的关系进行了验证。
To find out the best drilling angle of shale,a series of experiments had been carried out con- sidering joint characteristics of the shale and using the principle of specific chiseling work for reference,and then net depths of holes with different drilling angles under the condition of the same work had been compared.The results showed that the drilling efficiency had been enhanced with the increase of the drill- ing angle.Furthermore,distribution characteristics of the particle size of drilling cuts under different drill- ing angles had been compared and analyzed through sieve tests,and the relationship between shale drilling efficiency and drilling angle had been verified.
