向家坝电站地下厂房开挖爆破振动控制关键技术

摘要(Abstract):

针对向家坝电站地下厂房开挖爆破振动控制严格的特点,通过采用合理的开挖施工程序和施工方法、精细的爆破技术、严格的爆破振动观测和围岩开挖影响深度检测等一系列主动控制的关键技术,达到了由爆破和围岩卸荷造成的影响深度在0.2~0.9m之间,地下厂房顶拱变形仅12.4mm、边墙变形仅6.68mm的新纪录,爆破振动控制效果优良。
Owing to the need of strict control of excavation blasting vibration in the construction of underground powerhouse of Xiangjiaba hydroelectric station,the excavation was carried out with a high level control of blasting vibration through a series of key control techniques such as the optimized excavation procedure and construction method,the precise blasting technology,the strict vibration monitoring and the influencing depth of rock excavation.The adoption of such key control techniques wrote a new record of influencing depth of 0.2 to 0.9m caused by unloading rock and blasting operation,a vault deformation only being 12.4mm and a wall deformation merely 6.68mm,and led to a good effect of blasting vibration control.
