用控制爆破技术快速开挖水电站岩石地基

摘要(Abstract):

凌津滩水电站岩石地基开挖面积和深度大 ,并且受洪水影响 ,开挖工期已经比计划推迟了约 5个月。为加快施工进度 ,采用了“垂直主爆孔、水平主爆孔和预裂孔、孔间微差爆破”等控制爆破技术 ,一次起爆形成设计要求的建基面。文中详细讨论了主爆孔、预裂孔的布孔和装药参数、起爆网路、减震措施 ,同时概述了控制开挖质量的措施
In the Lingjintan Hydropower Station,the time limit of rock excavation is delayed by about five months as compared with scheduled time because of large area and depth of excavation and flood impact.In order to quicken rock excavation,the controlled blasting technology is adopted including vertical production holes,horizontal holes of production and presplit,and millisecond delays between holes in a row.By once-through blasting,a qualified foundation surface can be formed with this technology.In this paper,arrangement and charging parameters of production and presplit holes,priming circuit,vibration-reduced measures are discussed in detail and the measures for control of excavation quality are outlined.
