耐热炸药机理分析与优化浅析

摘要(Abstract):

针对现今高温爆破存在的炸药早爆问题,论述了我国煤矿火区爆破现状,对耐热炸药进行了分类,并分别对耐热炸药的耐热机理和应用前景进行分析,最后对耐热炸药配方进行了优化浅析。结果表明,高能混合炸药由于价格高等原因难以大规模使用,而加入适量减缓炸药分解的物质,加入少量高能炸药等方法改性的普通工业炸药,其耐热性能大幅度提高。
As for the problems of explosives early burst in the high-temperature blasting,the present blasting situation of high-temperature fire area of coalmine in China were discussed,and the heat-resistant explosives were classified.The heat-resistant mechanism and application prospect of the heat-resistant explosives and the formula of the heat-resistant explosive were analyzed.The results showed that high energy mixed explosive was difficult to be used in large scale in blasting because of its high price.The ordinary industrial explosives that adding a little of high energy explosive and right amount of the material that could slow down decomposition of explosive could greatly improve the heat-resistant performance.
