德兴铜矿2~#废石运输隧道部分段爆破拆除

摘要(Abstract):

德兴铜矿北部2#废石运输隧道全长437m,靠近露天采区一端长度46.9m的隧道位于露天开采境界内,需要拆除。采用了密集孔与深孔爆破法相结合为主、Φ42mm小孔为辅的爆破方案。本文介绍了该隧道需拆除部分的爆破参数、炮孔布置和起爆网路的设计与施工方法,以及安全防护措施。由于科学合理的设计方案和施工措施,爆破对其隧道预留部分和附近设施均未产生不良影响,达到了预期效果。
Located in the north of Dexing Copper Mine,the 2# waste ore haulage tunnel,has a total length of 437 meters with its 46.9meters length,falling into the open pit mining area,being projected to be destructed. A blasting method dominantly combining the method of dense hole and deep hole blasting was adopted by using the small hole of Φ42mm as an auxiliary.The present paper introduced the blasting parameters adopted in the destruction,the design of hole layout and blasting network and construction procedures as well as the safety protection measures. Anticipated effect was achieved by adopting scientifically reasonable design ideas and construction measures,with no impact on the obligate part of the tunnel and adjacent equipments.
