复杂环境下200m高烟囱爆破拆除及缓冲减振技术

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了一座200m高钢筋混凝土烟囱定向爆破拆除的实例。根据烟囱的结构特征和周围环境条件,并结合类似工程经验,详细描述了该烟囱爆破切口的选择、爆破参数的选取、分段延时起爆网路的设计,同时对预处理措施、安全性校核及缓冲减振安全防护措施也做了具体的阐述。爆后电缆隧道振动值控制在合理范围内,未出现异常情况,现场倒塌的烟囱顶端偏离预定倒塌方向中心线仅2°~3°,基本达到了预期的爆破效果,其经验可为类似爆破工程提供参考。
A 200 mhigh reinforced concrete chimney was demolished by directional blasting.According to the architectural feature of the chimney and scheme of surroundings,combined with the similar blasting experience,the selection of blasting cut,the determination of blasting parameters,the design of segmented time-delay ignition network were described in detail.As well as the measures of pretreatment,check of safety and buffer damping safety protection were specifically elaborated.The vibration velocity of cable tunnel was controlled in reasonable range and did not appear abnormal after blasting.The top of the chimney fell into the area just deviated 2to 3degrees.The expected result was basically achieved,and the experience could provide reference for similar blasting engineerings.
