高台阶靠帮预裂减震爆破的实验研究

摘要(Abstract):

针对高台阶靠帮预裂爆破出现根底的问题,进行了室内模型实验与现场生产实践,提出了预裂减震爆破的概念,并初步阐明了其作用机理。在本溪钢铁公司南芬露天矿的应用中,降震率达到了68.28%。这一研究为改进传统靠帮爆破技术提供了有效的途径。
In order to resolve the problem of presplitting toe rock in the high bench against slope blasting. We have done numerous research work on model and industrial practice, and put forward the concept of presplitting and cushion blasting. The mechanism of presplitting and cushion blasting is preliminarily expounded. The seismic reduction rate was up to 68.28% after the new method was used in Nanfen Open-pit Mine. It would play an important role in improving the traditional presplitting blasting.
