水压爆破法在薄壁圆筒结构拆除中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

为顺利拆除闹市中的废弃水塔,对其承重管柱采取水压爆破的方法进行拆除。通过对比不同装药量计算公式所得结果,确定各管柱的装药量,得出在此次水塔拆除中,考虑注水体积和材料强度的经验公式与冲量准则公式的计算结果更为准确。设计合理的药包布置,并采用多段毫秒延时导爆管雷管起爆网路,保证水塔定向倒塌。在水塔倒塌范围内铺垫砂土和铁丝网,可有效减缓残骸触地冲击力,减小有害效应的影响。此次水压爆破法的应用可为类似薄壁圆筒结构水压爆破设计提供参考。
In order to demolish the abandoned water tower in the downtown area, water pressure blasting is used to destroy bearing columns of the water tower. By comparing the results of different formula for charge calculation, the dosing amount of each column is determined and it is concluded that the calculation result of empirical formulas considering volume of water injection and strength of materials and impulse criterion formula is more accurate in the demolition of the water tower. Reasonable arrangement of charge and detonator network with multi-millisecond delay are adopted to ensure the directional collapse of water tower. Sand and barbed wire in the area where the water tower collapsed can effectively reduce the impact of debris hitting the ground. This method can reduce the impact of harmful effects. The application of water pressure method can provide references for the water pressure blasting design of thin-walled cylinder structures.
