BME型乳化炸药在棒磨山铁矿的应用

摘要(Abstract):

通过BME型乳化炸药在棒磨山铁矿的应用实践,阐述了BME型乳化炸药的优良特性及其应用为矿山带来的巨大经济效益。提出了使用高密度、高爆速乳化炸药时的最佳爆破方案,利用岩石破碎机理分析了连续装药爆破大块率高的原因。实践表明,采用间隔装药工艺可降低大块率和爆破成本,获得良好的爆破效果。
Good feature and application of emulsion explosive BME, and the enormous economic benefit of BME obtained at Bangmuoshan Iron Mine are described in this paper. The best detonating scheme to use the high density and detonation velocity emulsion explosive is presented. Then the reason why the continuous explosive filling leads to high probability of large lumps rock based on the rock breaking mechanism is analyzed. The practice demonstrates that the probability of large lump rock, and the detonating costs can be reduced, and better detonating results can be obtained with the interval explosive filling technology
