数码电子雷管在某露天矿爆破中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

结合数码电子雷管在某露天矿现场的应用情况,利用数码电子雷管高精度延时优势,通过改变爆破参数进行优化试验以解决矿山在生产实际中面临单耗大、大块率、爆破振动大及生产成本过高的问题。试验表明数码电子雷管能够做到精准管控;实现现场智能化操作。爆破过程中,现场无振动感觉,同时振动幅度减少约21%~29%,数码雷管单孔单响设计很好地控制了爆破振动;爆堆局部有少量大块但不影响挖装效率,爆破效果满足要求;单耗降低约11%~13%,降本增效显著。基于数码电子雷管的爆破应用研究,可为后续数码电子雷管的推广、爆破优化设计和编制科学的施工组织方案提供借鉴。
In the past, mines faced the problems of large specific charge, high boulder ratio, blasting vibration and high production cost in blasting. Therefore, this paper had investigated the application of digital electronic detonator in an open pit mine site, by taking the high-precision delay advantage of digital electronic detonator, the blasting parameters were adapted for blasting optimization test in actual situation. The comprehensive test indicated that the precise control were achieved through digital electronic detonator, the intelligent operation level on site were also enhanced. During the blasting process, there was no vibration experience on the site,the blasting vibration decreases by about 21%-29%,indicating that the blasting vibration was well controlled by the delicate design of the digital detonator;a small amount of boulders were produced, but the efficiency of excavation were not affected, showing that the blasting effect requirements were met; the blasting muckpiles were upheaved and at the rear there were the formation of obvious channels,blasting specific charge decreased by 11%-13%,cost reduction and efficiency increase were obvious. This paper had been based on the blasting application research of digital electronic detonator, in order to provide strong support for the promotion of subsequent digital electronic detonators, blast optimization design and the preparation of scientific construction organization design.
