爆破振动影响安全评价定量分析研究与应用

摘要(Abstract):

以爆破振动对周边设施的安全影响为例,依据国家有关行业技术标准,通过大量的现场监测、检测及损伤普查,探讨爆破振动安全影响分级标准和相应的建筑物抗震能力分类标准,并以影响度的概念标定建筑物的受损程度。在此基础上,结合应用实例,验证了工程振动扰动定量风险分析方法的正确性,为科学、系统、有针对性地制定安全管理对策和监控技术指标提供技术支持。
According to national relevant industrial standards for technologies and based on a great deal of information obtained from field monitoring,examining and damage surveying,the paper,by taking the safety influence of blasting vibration to peripheral facilities as an example,systematically discussed the safety grading standard for blasting vibration and anti-seismic grading standard for building under Quantity Risk Analysis(QRA),and introduced the concept of influencing degree into the demarcation of building damage.And moreover,the paper,combining a practical example,verified the accuracy of the method of quantitative analysis of engineering vibration and,offered a specified technical support for scientific and systematic establishment of safety management counterplan and monitoring technical index.
